Working Together

We are offering a full-time position in our small, passionate, award-winning team of designers, developers, and creatives. You will be working and collaborating closely with the creative teams and senior producers to deliver high-end interactive experiences for our clients. You will be involved in projects of all kinds of scale, small to medium, but also bigger productions for renowned brands.

About Yourself

  • 1 year+ of project management or digital production experience.


  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, contractors, and clients.


  • A good understanding of branding, digital design and creative development.


  • An innovative mindset, driving projects forward and supporting team members.


  • Meticulous in all aspects of work, ensuring precision and accuracy.


  • Passion for turning ambitious ideas into reality.


  • A team player and creative problem solver.


  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate (no visa-sponsorship offered).


  • Fluent in English.

Your Responsabilities

  • Own and manage project tracking tools such as Asana, Notion, Github and other softwares to ensure effective project monitoring and coordination.


  • Create and manage project backlogs, keeping the team and clients informed of daily progress, goals, and blockers.


  • Participate in and support client meetings, contributing to budgets, timelines, project proposals, and resource management.


  • Plan internal and client kick-off/weekly/milestones meetings, fostering clear communication with stakeholders.


  • Collaborate closely with all internal (strategy, design, development and production) and external (contractors, freelancers, partners) teams to meet project deadlines.
